Maile Bryant
The name Maile (pronounced MY-Lee) is Hawaiian. Maile is a vine, indigenous to the Hawaiian Islands, often used in lei making. The Maile leaf lei is most commonly worn by bride and groom, as a sign of love and aloha in a traditional Hawaiian wedding. The sweetly scented leaves were also used as a peace offering between chiefs.
Maile started her real estate career in 2003 in Washington State. After moving to Los Angeles to be near family, Maile joined the Pete Castro Group in 2008. As a dedicated Real Estate Agent, Maile devotes herself fully to the client during the entire transaction process and beyond. Maile’s specialty is educating clients in all aspects of the real estate transaction process, making Maile’s clients lifelong savvy and knowledgeable real estate consumers. David Gironda
Every team needs a nerd. Someone who knows the systems. Someone who knows how to “turn the internet on”. Someone who plays Dungeons & Dragons. David Gironda, Jr. is that nerd!
David comes from the tech industry, having worked as a Database Administrator, Web Developer, and Support Engineer for over 15 years. After marrying into a Real Estate family, David decided to switch careers and learn the family trade. Working as a technology trainer at a real estate office, his talents were noticed by Pete Castro who brought David on as his Director of Operations. Deciding to put his systems to use, David got his Real Estate license and tailored his custom coded systems to better understand what his clients and his team members need.

Sandra DePena
Sandra is a native of Southern California with an extensive background in research along with knowledge of the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. For over 20 years, Sandra developed a reputation as an effective negotiator throughout Southern California, successfully bringing complex property and real estate disputes to resolution.
